I met Nadine Schmitz last winter when I had to rebuild the balconies of my beach house.
After an initial inspection, where she ascertained the structural situation not only of the balconies but of the entire building, also with the advice of specialists, she planned the work to be carried out and drew up the contracts with the contractor.
She then helped me in the choice of cladding materials, which were compatible with the technical requirements and also satisfied the aesthetics by harmonising with the characteristics of the building.
She followed the execution of the work assiduously, reporting to me in detail on the progress, so that I was able to leave without the slightest worry.
I appreciated her ability to coordinate the various operations and her knowledge of the most suitable techniques and materials.
My level of satisfaction prompted me to entrust her with the renovation of the premises of our studio in Milan. Located in a period building in the city centre and in need of an intervention also aimed at optimising space while preserving the aesthetic and historical characteristics of the building.
